Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends of holidays. Delivery time is 10-20 business days for US orders and up to 6 weeks for international orders. A tracking number will normally be updated in 7-9 business days. We are unfortunately unable to provide expedited shipping at this time.
The cost for shipping is $2.95 for both domestic and international destination. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over $25. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to predict, or pay for, any customs fees for international orders.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once this happens, the Return Policy will apply.
Most items are shipped from an international warehouse in China although occasionally items are shipped from the US. As a result, you may receive multiple packages when you buy two or more pieces.
We have a fast turnover, so your order might contain backorder pieces. Because we do not want to let backorder items delay the shipment of your entire order, we ship out what we have available immediately and will ship the rest of the items in a timely manner.
Backorder items typically ship within 20 days.
You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours after the order is placed. Simply email support@producthangar to begin the process.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Product Hangar's control once it leaves our facilities, Product Hangar cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. When the order is in a foreign warehouse or provided by foreign vendors, the tracking number might not be available.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Product Hangar reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Product Hangar Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Sale Price Adjustments
If the price of your item has been reduced one week after purchase, we will gladly do an adjustment for you. Please note, sale items are not returnable and items that are adjusted due to being put on sale will not be returnable.
Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Product Hangar's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Product Hangar Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Product Hangar may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Product Hangar may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.
If Product Hangar cancels an order after you have already been billed, Product Hangar will refund the billed amount.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Product Hangar may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Product Hangar reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Product Hangar confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Product Hangar will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
